Pick up Contract
Below are a few required rules and some simple reviewing material for our breeding program here at Welch Farms.

All parties responsible for puppy must agree, initial and sign.
v puppy sold by us is placed into a forever loving home with a commitment to quality care and treatment. We require a simple update on every puppy we sell at least every birthday; this includes sending us a photo of the purchased Welch Farms dog. Buyer’s initials_________________
v We require notification if your puppy/dog from Welch Farms falls terminally ill or passes away for any reason. We do not require this to make your life harder, and we understand that things happen with pets, so in no way will you the buyer be judged in anyway. We feel responsible for every life we bring into this world and would like to keep as current of records as we can of their where abouts and health. If we do not hear from you we understand life gets busy, but please be aware that you will hear from us. We not only have a personal mailing address, website, email, several telephone lines, but a Facebook, Google+ and Twitter account that can be used to keep us informed. Violation of this contract will constitute Buyer's unconditional surrender of the purchased dog and all registration documents if applicable at no cost to Seller.

v If at any time buyer is unable to keep a Dog purchased from Welch Farms, we must be notified right away. Welch Farms reserves the right to claim the dog and have it returned to Welch Farms immediately with no refund. If buyer would like to place dog into a different environment other then Welch Farms, Welch Farms must be notified with full contact information of potential new home before dog is placed. We reserve the right to deny the new placement if we find it to be an unsuitable environment.

v IF ANY WELCH FARMS PUPPY/DOG IS FOUND TO BE IN A FIGHTING OR VIOLENT ENVIRONMENT, OWNERSHIP OF THIS DOG WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. WELCH FARMS DOG WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISE BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AND RETURNED TO WELCH FARMS RIGHT AWAY. Buyer’s initials_________________
