PUPPY DEPOSIT CONTRACT
The following terms and conditions are agreed to between Seller and Buyer:
When a reservation for a dog is placed, a $100.00 deposit is required and is non-refundable for all Australian Shepherd pups and $300.00 for all Great Dane pups. Remaining balance for puppy will be due before possession of the puppy is transferred to new owners.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel this contract, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full.
Puppies will not be released to new homes until the age of 8 weeks.
Puppies being shipped via airline will be charged for purchase of size appropriate crate, health certificate, flight arrangements and transportation to airport.
Flight costs will be paid by buyer according to the current fees.
Australian Shepherd puppies held beyond 8 weeks of age will be charged board at the rate of $5.00 per day. Great Dane puppies held beyond 8 weeks of age will be charged board at the rate of $9.00 per day and Great Dane puppies having their ears cropped in our care will be charged board at the rate of $10.00 per day starting on the day of their ear crop surgery.
Buyer will also be charged for additional vaccinations and veterinary costs if needed during their extended stay at Welch Farms.

Seller agrees to sell and Buyer agrees to buy one Australian Shepherd or Great Dane puppy as follows:

Show/Performance/Breeding Quality:
We feel these pups are exceptional examples of the breed.
There are no disqualifying faults or known hereditary defects affecting its suitability for breeding.
They are sold with full ASCA or AKC registration papers and Health Guarantee.
All dogs sold with AKC or ASCA registration will be required to have a unique registered name. All registered names are required to start with our Kennel name Welch Farms, other then that have fun with it. We are willing to make acceptions to this rule in certain circumstances contact us if you would like to discuss this further.
Performance/Pet/Companion Quality:
We consider these pups to be not as structurally, visually correct as show quality.
These pups are physically sound and make wonderful companions, but are not breeding quality.
These pups are sold with Limited registration or no registration depending on the litter. They will also be sold with a Health Guarantee.
All dogs sold with AKC or ASCA registration will be required to have a unique registered name. All registered names are required to start with our Kennel name Welch Farms, other then that have fun with it. We are willing to make acceptions to this rule in certain circumstances contact us if you would like to discuss this further.
